What a fantastic journey from beginning to end! The service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP. Plus, the baby products are just wonderful and of high quality.

We were on the hunt for a pram car seat cot and wanted a place where we could check out the products in person. We stumbled upon Just Another Baby online, booked an appointment, and made the trip to see Charlie. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us through our options for the pram car seat and answered all our questions, plus some! She even showed us how everything worked. Honestly, it was way better than just ordering online. We ended up choosing something totally different from what we initially thought we wanted, which wouldn’t have suited us at all. So glad we made the visit to the wonderful Charlie to help us pick out our pram car seat and crib.

When we learned we were expecting, everyone said we had to see Charlie at Just Another Baby for our travel system! From the very first interaction, Charlie was super friendly and helpful, and we were eager to meet her and get her advice!
During our scheduled appointment, it was clear she truly enjoys her work and knows all about the various brands and models, how they function, and so on. We had a couple of strollers in mind and asked her for suggestions that would fit our lifestyle best. She recommended several different systems, and after trying them out and getting her insights, we decided on the Egg2 travel system (which is just gorgeous). Charlie placed the order for us in the color my husband picked (there were too many lovely colors for me to choose just one), and she held onto the travel system for us for a few weeks until we could pick it up! We’ve since collected it and assembled it at my mom's place, and we’ve had a blast playing with it! We’re so excited for our little one to arrive so we can start using it!

I went in to check out prams since there aren’t many places nearby where you can actually try them out. With so many choices online, I was really struggling to make a decision. Charlie’s expertise and guidance were super helpful, and the selection in the store was impressive. After picking my pram, the ordering was a breeze, and when I picked it up, Charlie went over how to use everything again. I can’t recommend her help enough, and I’d definitely swing by Just Another Baby First for any other baby gear.

Ordering from this site was a total letdown. There’s nothing available. They refunded my cash, but it took around four days. Just a heads up, the inventory listed on the website isn’t accurate.

I had an awesome time checking out strollers, and they provided a ton of choices while walking us through all the specifics.
